This mix is suitable for your larger birds such as Cockatiels, Conures, Amazons, Cockatoos and Macaws.  
Contains:  Rye, Hard Wheat, Green Lentils, Quinoa, Spelt, Kamut, Millet, Daikon Radish, Corn, Sunflower Meats, Buckwheat, Fenugreek, Pumpkin and Flax.

Soak all the seeds in a jar or bowl of water for 24 hours with a water change in the middle at 12 hours.  After soaking, rinse with fresh water and feed.
