The germination rate is very high if you get them into the right situation, cool and moist. the only negative is how many half peas are included in the bag which have to be picked out by hand to stem rotting. I start mine on a grow pad in full light under a sheet of plastic after being well watered and misted. I grow them in opaque drain hole trays with a water catch underneath and submerge the grow media twice daily in fish emulsion after 6 days to perk them up. My kids go nuts for them and my customers agree.
