love this product, I do not sprout in July and August as I am in Florida WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING (my choice) but the rest of the time I sprout continuously, never had a problem, sprouts grow fresh and healthy, I bleach at the end of the season and vinegar the machine occasionally (anually) due to hard water if this machine does ever break I will order another in a heartbeat
